Chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum is a very rare malignant tumor in head and neck region. To diagnose chondrosarcoma, it challenging to obtain an exact initial impression just by simple physical examination. Therefore, imaging studies are useful assessment chondrosarcoma. Pathological confirmation necessary for definitive diagnosis In treatment complete surgical resection most effective, but often difficult. We report patient with chondrosarcoma misdiagnosed septal deviation causing obstruction. The underwent endoscopic via external rhinoplasty approach. pathological was Grade 1. has been regularly followed up date without recurrence.
